Accelerated Weathering and Corrosion testing
The accelerated weather testing helps to measure the future possibilities of materials’ durability under certain environmental conditions. This testing method is applied to measure future degradation or corrosion of materials. The weathering tests simulate various environmental conditions on raw materials, parts and finished product or the surface of the product.
Our laboratory provides two types of Sunlight test simulations: Xenon test and Ultraviolet lamp tests (UV-A test and UV-B test). For the simulation of the corrosive environment we provide a climate module combined with natural salt spray test. Our laboratory also provides different possibilities to measure the evaluation of the tested sample, like Colour measuring, Gloss measuring, Cross cut testing and Abrasion testing.
